May brings the beginning of a new campaign effort for our Building Fund. The Stewardship Team has issued a bold challenge for us to accelerate retiring our debt over the next three years. Last Sunday's “Challenge Day” set forth the opportunity and a plan for achieving this goal.
We have been encouraged to pray for God’s guidance in determining how much each of us will give to the Building Fund. This Sunday, May 20, “Meet the Challenge Day”, we will bring our lump sum gifts and monthly pledges in worship. Meeting this challenge will require faith to trust God and faithfulness in doing all that we can. Join us in praying and giving!
